I'm not even sure how it is broadcasted because all 3 teams (Brazil has alöready qualified) of this Group are still able to reach the next round...
I watched the german game yesterday in a pub at Görlitzer Bahnhof. It was nice but inside. I actually would prefer a place were you can sit outside enjoying a Radler, watching the game. I know that there are some places near the Reichstag I saw at least one from the train on Monday when I returned from my vaction.

Another idea: Have you ever watched a game at the ZDF-Studio at Potsdamer Platz? I think that would be nice, but I'm not sure if you need tickets to get in. Potsdamer Platz would neither be inside nor outside.

Isn't there a public viewing area around Treptower Park?
